The GoExplore Software Suite is designed for the Quantitative Evaluation of Hydrocarbon Opportunities. All Applications can run as stand-alone modules, they are however loosely integrated (the output of some applications can be used as input for other applications).

The GoExplore Software Suite is Freeware, and you can download and use all software for FREE. The Free version is for non-commercial use only and has no database functionality.

You can upgrade to our PREMIUM VERSION, which gives you access to the full suite of features, and which can be used FOR COMMERCIAL USE. To get access to the Premium version please email us here.

We have different support levels (on a yearly basis) with different benefits.

For the Premium users the header text of the applications will change from “For non-commercial use only” to “Licensed to: Your Company Name”, in addition it will give access to the database functionality and the utilities in the DataMagic Excel-Addin for easy database analysis.

Universities and Research Institutions can request a Premium license for FREE.

In our software tools we try to find the right balance between accuracy and precision. We are mainly focused on accuracy and only add more precision (and the related complexity) if it improves the overall predictive capabilities of the application. The philosophy is to keep things simple and that "it is better to be vaguely right than exactly wrong!"

All the Applications in the GoExplore Software Suite are written in Visual Basic. Net (Managed Code) and run on PC’s with the Windows Operating System (Microsoft Vista or a more recent version of Windows). To run the programs on a Mac you can use a window emulator like ‘Parallels Desktop 15 for Mac’.
